RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy”. Nonetheless, we encourage you to check your products at the time of delivery. If you still find a shortcoming in the product delivered, you may return it at the time of delivery. We will take the returned product back with us and a store credit will be issued in lieu of the value of the product. This credit will be reflected in your account on our site which can be used against a subsequent purchase from our site.
You can cancel your order anytime up to 3 hours before the start of the delivery slot chosen by you for the shipment of that order. Please email to email@example.com and Call on customer care +91 8086417998 or 9538300090 for cancellation request. For instance, if your delivery slot is between 10am-1pm, please cancel your order 3 hours before 10 am i.e by 7 am. Our admin team will review the cancellation request and act accordingly.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will provide a store credit the same day/next working day. It might take us a maximum of only 2 business days to initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by malabarcentral.com.
MalabarCentral.com do not hold any responsibility for any emotional loss or any other loss that may occur due to non-delivery of order for whatsoever reason. In case of non-delivery our liability is limited to the value of the order.
